your new catalog, issue # 38, and as usual it contains useful
and timely information on projects I'm currently trying to
lift out of the "mud" of overblown sales claims
and into a real world hospital power plant environment. I've
used your products for years and I don't think I've ever had
one fail? It's always something else, cable, operator, etc.
I especially appreciate your support
of older proven technology along with the new. Many of us
have stuff that works now and we want to keep it working.
A lot of hype exists out there about the "power"
of new gadgets that just don't work in a real world industrial
environment.
